Tonight in Youngstown, Donald Trump made another drop in appearance to stump for Jon Husted. He spent over an hour repeating the same sad and tired lies about Sherrod, and his friend Jon.
They’re distracting us from the truth because it’s not looking good for them. Here’s what Trump left out, and what Husted and Republicans would rather you not think about…
Husted voted to block the release of the Epstein files after taking $116,000 from one of Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirators. He’s taken more money from Epstein associates than anyone in Congress.
As Ohioans’ utility bills climb, Husted cozies up to data center billionaires. He voted for massive tax breaks for tech developers while Ohio families watch their communities and resources get gulped up by these corporations.
Husted voted 14 times for the war in Iran. That’s 14 votes for higher gas prices. Fourteen votes to keep putting American servicemembers in harm’s way. Jon Husted has had FOURTEEN chances to stand up to Trump’s costly, wildly unpopular war – and he’s cowered to Trump every time.
