Hey everybody, it just became official. Ohioans voted for change. This victory belongs to every single person who gave your time, your attention, your trust, and your hard-earned money. Thank you. We came together to put workers before billionaires. We stood up against corruption, against scandal, against war. We...

Hey everybody, I’m checking in with you tonight from Columbus, where I’m about to meet Connie, our children and grandchildren, Patrick my campaign manager, and other folks from my team to watch results come in. Before we get into it, some important stuff: Polls close tonight in Ohio at 7:30 pm ET. If you are in...

Hey everybody. Trust me, I know what Election Day jitters feel like. It’s a strange combination of anxiety and caffeine and optimism – and too often, you just don’t know what to do with all that energy. These days, it’s all too easy to pull out your phone and start scrolling, looking for some indication of how the...

Hey everybody, I wanted to share this video with you now that polls are open here in Ohio. To Martin Sheen, thanks for helping us pull it off. To you, thanks for believing in me and our message for Ohio, and fighting for it until the end. -Sherrod It’s always been Ohio against the world. This Election Day, that’s...

Hey folks, Election Day is here. Today, Ohio decides whose voice is louder: working people or billionaires. When I launched this campaign, I told you the air was getting toxic for Ohio families. I told you that the system is rigged. Ohio deserves a leader who fights for you. Winning this campaign is the first step...

Hey everyone - I’m about to go on with Lawrence O’Donnell. If you’re not able to tune in live, here’s what I’m going to say: I got off the sidelines and into this race because I saw what was happening to our country. Donald Trump and Jon Husted and JD Vance made a lot of promises to Ohioans. They got to Washington...

Hey everybody, my team needs to make the call on our final voter outreach budget in a bit and I’m told we’re still coming up short. You can help make sure we don’t need to scale back our efforts in the final hours of the campaign by making a donation right now. If this year feels different, you’re not imagining it....

Hey everyone, Early voting has ended in Ohio. Now, we leave it all on the field. Ohio — I am ready to win and give our families a voice in the Senate once again. But hundreds of thousands of Ohioans are still considering who to vote for, or whether to vote at all. Today, our team is doing whatever it takes to reach...

Patrick here. Election Day is Tuesday, so I won’t waste any time. Here’s what our campaign is facing right now. Early voting has ended in Ohio, and we need to mobilize millions more Ohioans tomorrow. Our fundraising has slowed down. Dramatically. If we don’t turn that around, we will be forced to scale back our...

Since I sent you the note below on October 1, I’ve met with voters every day from Wilberforce to Lima to Pickaway to Youngstown. Not all of you have been able to come out to a campaign stop, so I want you to know: In cities, suburbs, small towns, and farm country: Ohioans are showing up. People are ready for change....

Today is the final day of early voting in Ohio. Already, we’ve broken records for the number of ballots cast before Election Day. As of last night, 1,595,206 Ohioans have already voted. Because of you, we’re making history. We’re closing in on our opportunity to turn the page on Jon Husted’s failures and send a loud...

Hey everyone, I can’t believe we’re here – just 3 days out from Election Day. This is what we’ve spent the better part of two years leading up to. So much hard work, so many miles traveled, so many conversations and hands shaken and surreal moments hearing from Ohioans who are fighting for something better. Thank...

Sherrod here. I wish I had better news today, but you deserve to know. We only brought in half of the revenue we were expecting from Google and Facebook at the end of the week. I can’t overstate this: that is not good news for our campaign. It looks like everything was running as it should, so we’re digging in to...

Here’s the truth: this race is going to come down to the wire. We fell short by 33 votes per precinct in 2024. A lot of quick conversations are happening right now – on front porches, at church, in group chats – and they have the power to swing this election. So I want to ask: If you had 30 seconds to make your case...

Hey, it’s Sherrod. Happy Halloween. Normally, on the last day of the month, we’d be sprinting toward a budget deadline. Not today. For one, it’s a Saturday. The banks aren’t open. No one’s knocking down our door to make final payments. But don’t get me wrong. This might be the busiest day of the entire campaign. All...

A new poll out says the top issues on voters’ minds in this election are the cost of living and government corruption. What if I told you that those two issues go hand-in-hand? Last year, members of Congress made $635 million in stock trades. Here’s the problem: They have access to more information than you do —...

Last night, we wired the money for our campaign’s final set of TV ads. Our cable TV ads are locked in through Election Day, and the cutoff to buy more has passed. Phew. Because of you, we’re able to keep these ads up and reaching millions of Ohioans with our closing message as they prepare to vote. Your support got...

Yesterday, my team wired the final payment for the TV ads we’ll run in the home stretch. Because of this team, I’m confident our closing message to voters has a chance to break through — despite the billionaires spending big to drown it out. But we can’t stop now. Let me take a minute to explain why we still need to...

Hey everyone. If we needed a new reason why this election will be the most consequential in our lifetimes, add this to the list: Last night at a rally in Texas, Donald Trump said: “I would pick Ted Cruz to be the next Supreme Court Justice.” Cruz has no respect for the Constitution and no business on our highest...

As you might know, our campaign is hosting events across Ohio for the final days of this race. I’m getting to do this alongside one of the toughest, grittiest, most inspiring leaders in our state: Dr. Amy Acton. If you’d like to join us at a rally in the coming days, you can check here to see where we’ll be. We’d...
